We grew this brand's Amazon ads first: a hero product's ads went from unprofitable, at a 116% ACOS, to a 40% ACOS, with sales up 129% on 22% less spend, and account ad sales rose 46% year over year on lower total spend. Then the brain took over. It runs their ads on ChatGPT and Google, tracks each click through to the sale on Amazon and their own site, and retargets those shoppers through DSP. This Prime Day, DSP returned 17.4x on the day.
We model every bid to the owner's real margin target, around a 4x return, and align it with live organic-rank data so paid spend lifts the keywords worth owning. A new product line scaled 8.2x in its first 30 days, with head terms climbing from rank 22 into the top five as paid pulled organic up with it.
