Texin Portal Provider and Subprocessor List

The short version. Necessary providers host Portal, process payments, deliver email and run requested tracking. Your source platforms and independently chosen AI provider have separate roles. The sections below explain who receives what.

1. Appointed providers

TexIN Commerce LLC, d/b/a Texin.ai, uses these providers for self-service Portal under the DPA. Processing locations vary and may include countries outside the United States.

Supabase, Inc.	Database/storage, authentication and connector authorization, first-party usage counts, support queue and deletion-review deadlines; account, source and saved workspace data, encrypted credentials.
Railway Corp.	API, connector and ingestion servers, internal usage aggregation and support processing; hosted Redis job queues; data in processing and job metadata.
Vercel, Inc.	Frontend hosting/CDN; web requests and technical traffic data.
Stripe, Inc.	Checkout, payments and subscriptions; payment, invoice and billing information. Also acts independently for some fraud, regulatory and payment duties.
Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend)	Sign-in codes, account/billing email delivery and monthly workspace usage recaps when enabled; email addresses and message content.
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)	Optional consented diagnostics, when enabled; minimized technical error/performance data.
Bright Data Ltd.	Requested ChatGPT answer tracking; submitted questions, targets and country settings, without connected-source records.
DataForSEO OU	Requested Amazon keyword rank and Google organic/local/AI Overview tracking; keywords, targets and marketplace/location/language/device settings, without connected-source records.

Do not put confidential information, personal data or credentials in tracking inputs. Appointed processors are restricted to service purposes and prohibited from training models on Customer Data. Portal usage and campaign-attribution records stay with Supabase and Railway; no third-party analytics provider receives them.

2. Other recipients

Amazon and Google operate the connected source accounts under their own terms; they receive authorized API requests and required compliance information. Supported sign-in providers receive identity/authentication interactions, separately from source authorization.

You independently choose and contract with your AI provider, such as Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT). It receives requested Portal results under your instructions and its own terms/settings. It is not appointed by Texin merely because you connect it. Authorized users and report recipients also receive what you direct. Self-service source data is not sent to Texin's own server-side model analysis.

3. Changes and contact

We email owners before adding a subprocessor for Customer Data. You may object and cancel; if the change takes effect before your paid period ends, we refund the unused part of that month for the affected service. Longer legally required notice applies.
